These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GSIPlatform.com (“GSI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) including the website, applications, APIs, services, content, and related technology (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you’re entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation – “you” means the organisation and you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Organisations must only allow authorised personnel to access the Services.

2. Your Relationship With GSI

These Terms constitute a contract between you and GSI. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by using the Services.

3. Account Registration

Some areas of the Services require you to register for an account (“Account”).

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

     

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials

     

  • Notify us immediately if your credentials are compromised

You are responsible for all activity on your Account.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code

     

  • Interfere with the performance, security, or operation of the Services

     

  • Use the Services to store or transmit harmful or illegal content

     

  • Circumvent usage limits, monitoring or enforcement mechanisms

5. Content

User-Provided Content: You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to GSI, you grant GSI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, use, display, and distribute your content to provide the Services.

GSI Content: All content provided by GSI (including text, graphics, UI, designs, trademarks, logos) is owned by GSI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree NOT to copy, reproduce or use GSI content except as expressly permitted.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate laws or infringe rights of others

     

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications

     

  • Transmit malware or deploy botnets

  • Abuse system resources, APIs, or endpoints

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of this policy.

7. Payments and Fees

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a separate agreement.

     

  • We may change pricing and will notify you in advance when required.

  • You agree that we may store and charge your payment instrument.


8. Modifications to the Services

We may change or discontinue features of the Services at any time. If such changes materially affect your use of the Services, we’ll provide notice when required by law.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

     

  • Required for security or legal reasons

     

  • We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSI and its affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

     

  • Loss of data

     

  • Business interruption

     

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

     

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion or limitation of liabilities, such exclusions may not apply.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., Queensland, Australia]. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that GSI owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights.

14. Notices

We may send notices by email, postings on the platform, or by other methods permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreements you enter into with GSI, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSI regarding the Services.
